Building
Marks Tower has all the features of a traditional residence hall and, at eight stories tall, many of the building's rooms have amazing views. The population of first-year freshmen live, eat and study together while participating in the campus and residential activities that are such an important part of a student’s first year at college.
This coed facility has seven single-gender residential floors, each with 14 double rooms. The large, first-floor common area consists of a lounge with study tables, a spacious television area with comfortable living room style furniture and an air hockey table, as well as a separately-enclosed room ideal for study groups.
Features & Amenities
Marks Tower is close to libraries and dining venues as well as other freshman housing buildings. Full meal service is available at the nearby "Everybody's Kitchen" dining hall t in North complex. Students assigned to Marks Tower have a required full meal plan that is accepted at many USC dining locations.
Housing Programs
Marks Tower is a part of the South Residential College, a freshman community focused on the transition to college and exploring USC’s First Year Experience programs.
