Building

Terrace is reserved housing for first year JD students at the USC Gould School of Law. The program's collegial atmosphere has proven very successful, expanding the program to the entirety of the building. The camaraderie that develops through this shared living and learning environment is unique and special, often cementing long-term friendships and fostering networking.

The building has three floors of two bedroom apartments, in which each resident is provided with their own bedroom and share a bathroom, kitchen and living room with their roommate. Each resident has a full extra-long bed (54' x 80").

The ground level is a gated garage.

Features & Amenities

With a TV and billiards lounge, and beautifully-appointed conference/study/presentation room, exercise room and outdoor barbecue area, Terrace creates both comfortable academic and recreational settings for graduate students.  Terrace is two blocks from both campus and the shopping and dining available at USC Village.

Parking

Parking in the first floor garage is assigned by Transportation Services on a first-come, first-served basis. The USC bus conveniently stops at the building's front door.

Housing Programs

Graduate Housing Program:  Law Program [LAWH]

The Law Program housing for students of the USC Gould School of Law is designed to help first-year law students adjust to the rigorous demands of law school and share their experiences. A resident faculty member from the Law School coordinates fun and educational activities with the residents.

Terrace program participants have a unique contract period designed to accommodate the Law School's academic calendar.
