Building
Sierra primarily houses PhD candidates in the Viterbi School of Engineering, offering them the opportunity to study and live together in a three bedroom format in which each resident has their own bedroom while sharing the bathroom, kitchen and living room. The buildings air-conditioned apartments include new, modern furniture throughout, remodeled kitchens and bathrooms and premium amenities such as faux wood floors, colored accent walls, dual-pane sound-blocking windows and updated window shades.
Features & Amenities
The building has a lounge for residents to relax in. A spacious patio with tables, chairs and multiple barbecues is a great outdoor gathering place.
Sierra is home to the area’s housing customer service center.
Residents of Sierra will have the Graduate Full Year contract, beginning in early August and ending in late July.
Parking
The ground floor garage offers both car and secured bicycle parking. The USC bus stops rights in front of the building, so it's easy to get to campus.
