Building

By choosing Cardinal 'n Gold, students can become part of a new green community in USC Housing's sustainable living building.  All apartments in this two-story building are the one-bedroom for two residents floor plan that is so popular with upperclassmen.

The building's location is close to both campus as well as the shops and restaurants on Figueroa Street.

Features & Amenities

The commitment to sustainability is demonstrated throughout the building. Each apartment will be equipped with water and energy saving technologies as well as furniture crafted from recycled steel and reclaimed wood. Cardinal 'n Gold's air-conditioned living rooms and bedrooms are powered by the solar panels on the building's roof.

Residents can enjoy the sunny Southern California weather in the deck area that features patio furniture, chaise lounges and a barbecue.

Freshmen (only) assigned to this building will have a mandatory partial meal plan.

Parking

Parking is available in a small carport behind the building with permits assigned by USC Transportation.
