Summer Housing is available each year from just after Commencement in May until just before Fall Check-In in August. Not all university housing facilities are available for summer occupancy. In addition to current USC students, non-students who meet specific requirements may also be assigned housing for the summer.
Information about housing for the upcoming summer is generally available in mid-March. The most current summer information can be found here during the Summer Housing application and housing period.
Summer Housing has four convenient contract periods to choose from, each with a fixed start and end date.
