Where do I send my documents that I want printed?
For black and white printing, send your document to housing.printbw@usc.edu. For color printing, send your documents to housing.printcolor@usc.edu. You can also upload documents through housingprint.usc.edu or via the Pharos Print mobile app. You can also print from a flash drive after signing into the device.
Who can print at the Customer Service Centers?
The printers are provided for USC Housing residents only.
What is the most reliable printing method (USB, e-mail, upload or app)?
All printing methods are reliable; however, we recommend sending the print job to the device first via e-mail, the housingprint.usc.edu website, or through the Pharos Print App. The print stations support most standard document types (PDF, Word, Excel, Text, Images, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
What do I do with my Print Card if I reassign?
If you reassign, you will need to turn in your Print Card to your original Customer Service Center with your keys. You will be issued a new Print Card upon at the CSC for your reassignment.

You can submit your request online on our Housing portal, the same place where you applied initially and confirmed your assignment, Pre-occupancy reassignment will only be open during select periods of the year.
