Fall 2025 Check-In

Fall 2025 Move-In will be an exciting time for the university and our residents. USC Housing is looking forward to welcoming our residents for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Move-in for GRADUATE STUDENTS is Monday, August 11.
Move-In for UNDERGRADUATES will take place over a number of days, from Saturday, August 16 through Wednesday, August 20.

Appointments

Both to ensure a smooth, uncrowded and efficient process, undergraduate residents are required to schedule a move-in appointment online on the USC Housing portal before they arrive. The number of appointments available for each day will be limited.

If you have not scheduled an appointment, please make sure to do as soon as possible.

Move-In QR Codes for Undergraduates

When checking in at your Customer Service Center, you’ll need to provide our staff with the QR code that was e-mailed to you. (You may also log on to the Housing Portal to retrieve the code.) Please present this QR code to us via printout or screenshot upon your arrival. In addition to the QR code, please bring your USC ID or any government issued identification document (such as state ID and/or passport) to verify your identity. Once you have shown your code and ID, you will be provided with building information and further instructions from the Customer Service Center staff.

A printout or screenshot of the QR code given to any guests (parents / helpers) you will have with you for move in will allow them to enter the campus perimeter checkpoints during Move-In.

If you plan to arrive after business hours, please contact your CSC to assist you with checking into your contract assignment.
