Sorry, no—UHR is only for current university housing residents. However, you can apply as a continuing, non-resident student in early February.
Apply online using our portal. Housing assignments are made for continuing, non-resident students after returning residents participating in the USC Housing Renewal program and transferring undergrads have been offered housing. Assignments are made based on space availability.
Newly admitted freshmen may apply for 2021-2022 housing beginning March 1.
Returning students may apply for 2021-2022 housing beginning March 8.
