- All housing units provide high-speed, wireless Internet connections and cable TV with HD and premium stations.
- Rent includes the cost of utilities (electricity, gas and water).
- Laundry facilities with both washers and dryers, operated by a private company, WASH Laundry Systems, are available in all buildings. Machines are configured to accept either credit or debit card using the “WASH-Connect” app.
- Most buildings have recreational spaces, study lounges and other common areas.
- Some of our larger buildings have comfortable and relaxing outdoor areas, such as the courtyard in Troy Complex or the pool area at Century Apartments.
