Students in the health sciences couldn’t ask for a better location. Three-story Seaver Residence Hall meets the needs of those busy students by providing housing on the Health Sciences campus (HSC) located about eight miles from the main USC campus.

Accommodations are available in single, double and large double rooms in a residence hall setting. Each pair of adjoining rooms is designated by gender and shares a bathroom. Every floor has a kitchenette.

Students requesting Seaver Residence Hall are reminded that the building in not located on the main campus and may not be convenient for those whose classes are held on that campus.


Features & Amenities

Seaver has an exercise room in the basement and a TV lounge on the first floor adjacent to the Customer Service Center.

The building's ground floor hosts a number of USC conveniences for residents and the Health Sciences community at large, including the Plaza Café and offices for USCard Services, the USC Federal Credit Union, Mailing Services and the University Cashier.

Residents have the Graduate Full Year contract, starting in early August and ending in late July.


Intercampus shuttle service connects the Health Sciences Campus with the main University Park Campus.
