Residents with a confirmed housing contract for 2018-2019 who are interested in cancelling their assignment need to be aware of important approaching deadlines.
The deadline to cancel without being charged the $800 confirmation payment is 5:00pm on Friday, March 2. Cancellation forms can be found on our website and must be turned in at the Housing Services Office in the McCarthy Way Parking Structure (PSX).
Students may cancel by 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 1, with the penalty of losing their $800 confirmation payment.
Residents requesting a cancellation must complete the form available in the ‘Forms’ section of the ‘Application & Assignment’ menu and turn it in to the Housing Services Office in the McCarthy Way Parking Structure by the deadline.
