These facilities offer the traditional collegiate housing experience to their residents and are home to a large majority of our freshmen. In USC’s residence halls, students live in mainly double-occupancy rooms and share community bathrooms. Those living in one of our the three suite-style buildings, are housed in suites comprised of five to eight students in mix of single and double rooms centered around one or two large bathrooms. There are no kitchens in suites and residence halls and residents have required meal plans.
The Radisson Hotel, located directly across Figueroa Street from campus, is also considered a residence hall.
Close living quarters, numerous special interest communities, lots of activities, and nearby dining facilities help students make friends and transition to university life. All USC’s University Park residence halls and suites are located on the main campus, offering convenient access to university resources. Seaver Residence Hall is on the Health Sciences campus making a convenient choice for students in those fields of study.
