These buildings are owned by the University of Southern California, and include residence halls and suite-style facilities, as well as many apartment buildings located both directly on the University Park Campus and in the North University Park Campus area. The majority of buildings listed on this website are in this category. All are operated and managed by USC Housing.

Residents of these buildings apply and contract for their housing on this website, and agree to live under the terms of the USC Housing and Dining Living Agreement.

These buildings are owned by Westar Associates and include seven apartment facilities, six of which are located in the North University Park area and one located adjacent to USC in the Exposition Park area. While not owned by the university, the buildings are operated and managed by USC Housing.

Residents of these buildings apply for and lease their housing directly from Westar Associates, and agree to live under the terms of the Westar Leasing agreement.
