Two residents live in the larger bedroom and one in the smaller. These apartments include a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a full kitchen.
This configuration is available in Parkside Apartments, Stardust, Vista and Webb Tower.

Furnishings
The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair and tables. The full kitchen is equipped with a sink, stove and full-sized refrigerator (sorry – no microwave or small appliances). There is a dining area with table and chairs.
Every resident in USC Housing is provided with:
- One twin bed (extra long 36" x 80")
- One desk with chair
- One three-drawer dresser
