Resident Faculty Communities
Several of USCs residence halls and apartment buildings are home to resident faculty members who, along with acting as neighbors and mentors, lead field trips and host social events for the residents of the building.

Annenberg Multimedia Program
For students looking for an active, vibrant community on the cutting edge of technology and communications, the Multimedia Program offers activities specifically geared to students in communications, engineering and multimedia development. Interacting with faculty and visiting scholars from the University’s School of Cinema- Television and Annenberg School or Communication presents residents with academic and careerbuilding opportunities.

Deans´ Halls
USC’s Deans’ Halls are communities for honors students (such as Trustee or Presidential Scholars or Thematic Option participants) created to ensure a supportive environment for academic success while encouraging full participation in university life. A variety of programs and activities bring residents together, including the Dean’s’ Hall Forum, special dinners and field trips around the city.

Open To: Primarily to incoming freshmen, with a small population of upperclassmen

Hillview
An informal resident faculty community, Hillview is a excellent place for graduate students in any discipline. Outings to concerts, plays and restaurants are organized by the Residential Education staff and resident faculty.

Honors House
Residents have an opportunity to develop an academic relationship with the program’s long time faculty fellow, while living in a small close-knit community. A unique feature of the program is its onsite meal plan (with a vegetarian option) that features communal breakfast and dinners in the building’s dining room.

Occupational Therapy House
An award-wining winning residential program developed to support students in USC’s internationally ranked Occupational Therapy department, OT House is a comfortable place for students to study and socialize. The building is located near the University’s Center for Occupational and Lifestyle Redesign In addition to their studies, residents have a long tradition of volunteer work in the surrounding community.
