Building Pardee Tower was built as part of USC’s commitment to the Olympic Village for the 1984 Summer Games. This eight-floor coed residence hall, close to Doheny Library and McCarthy Quad, alternates genders by floor. Each floor has 18 double rooms, a common bathroom and a laundry facility.
Style This building is a great place to make friends and participate in campus activities.
Recreational Facilities The large second-floor lounge provides a TV and sitting area and kitchenette and can be reserved for private meetings or events. The second floor floor also has two music practice lounges and there is a study lounge on each of the other floors.
Convenience Pardee has a Customer Service Center conveniently located on the ground floor and is close to dining venues.
Misc. Information Special Interest Community: Great Outdoors Floor. There is a required meal plan for residents.
