USC’s apartment buildings are located in the North University Park area. They are home to our undergraduate upperclassmen and graduate students. Thirty-two buildings offer a variety of floor plans. Undergrads stay primarily in one bedroom apartments for two residents or two bedroom apartments for four. Graduates will find buildings where they can live by themselves and we provide a limited number of apartments for families.
Larger living areas, private bathrooms and full kitchens are key features of our apartment units. Residents are free to lead a more independent lifestyle, preparing their own meals (although they may sign up for meal plans if they wish), and having more personal space for study and relaxation. Many apartment buildings offer amenities such as on-site recreational facilities and air conditioning. Most have on-site parking, in garages or adjacent lots; permits can be requested through TrojanTransportation.
All of our apartments are within walking distance of the main campus. In addition, TrojanTransportation’s tram service, with numerous stops throughout the area, provides transportation to and from various locations on campus.
