Housing Fees
Application Processing Fee
A $30 nonrefundable application processing fee must be made at the time you submit your housing application. See Application and Assignment page found

Contract Confirmation Payment
A $400 confirmation payment must be made at the time you confirm your contract. See

Activity Fee
Each student in university housing is charged an activity fee of $41 (subject to change) per semester to support group outings and programming coordinated by the Office for Residential Education.
Rent
Housing charges are billed in two ways: Rents for resident halls, suite and all undergraduate apartments as well as meal plan costs are billed at the beginning of each semester (August and December); you can set up a payment plan with the university Cashier's office if you wish to pay your rent monthly. Rents for graduate student building and family housing are billed monthly. Charges appear on each monthly statement issued by the university Cashier’s Office.
